Tragedy befell the set of 'Night of the Peeps' today as Bunny Peep #2 had his ear broken off and was savaged by a cat. Producer Tyr came back from the kitchen to find his set had been attacked and found the studio cat chewing on the severed ear of Bunny Peep. Peep was taken away for observation and was later pronounced beyond repair. Bunny Peep #2 will now become the designated stunt peep for scenes where peeps must be crushed or mutilated.

This is Peeps dry season too. No more out until the Halloween season. I do have a whole pack of yellow bunnies left though. Oh, when the halloween ones come out, you gotta try the filled ones. They make little pumpkin ones, not to be confused with the jack o lanterns, that have a chocolate cream inside. I think there's more on the peeps site. BTW, don't forget to join the fanclub and print out your official membership card.

Exexcutive Producer Tyr has chosen Absiasp Films to Construct the Opening title sequence for 'Night of the Peeps'. Absiasp Studio head Dr.Weir had this to say at the press conference today, "I am honored to once again be a part of a Regression Studio's picture. Tyr has got a lot of good ideas for this one!" Weir, a veteran of the peeps genre has worked with Tyr before, developing the gore fountain effect used in Peeps Deadly Spawn. "Initial screen shots look excellent and it is said Tyr is very happy with the good Dr's work on the title shot.

So my doctor tell me. Man, i'm glad weir knows his way around phtoshop better than me. If you remember night of the creeps, the title sequence is pretty cool and unique. I wanted to recreate something like it but couldnt pull it off. I could do all the credits except for the one main part where the Creeps word kind of comes into the picture as a series of rotating letter. Enter the good Dr. Funeral laugh, wait untill you see what I have in store for this one! Im doing this one differently from Peeps Deadly spawn in that im doing more stop motion and live sets instead of all on the PC. I want to increase the cheese factor. I did some sketches for the whole thing and have got some cool, cheesy stuff in there. If I can do it the way I have it in my head, its going to be a real groaner.

I still think you should do this project. Don't abandon it. You have some solid ideas for it. Plus I made the title thingie and all that.

I've been working on the stop animation for the ax killer some more. Its not going to be perfect but its servicable and is cheesy as hell. This weekend i figure to get a lot done. As soon as its done, im moving on to the music for a bit, then i'll probably come back and do the Ax killer movie and then another peeps project. IT changes everyday it seems.

That's awesome. My project is advancing at a snail's pace as I'm designing the whole Tatooine world right now, which really only consists of Luke's little sand igloo and the Mos Eisley cantina. Going to have a little difficulty with R2 as his head is transparent so transparencies are always an issue when chromakeying. But it'll get down. But is such a huge project that this is going to take serious time and effort to make. But at least there's no damned stop motion. ;D

And of course when his head goes bye bye and stop motion slugs come out of it. Also, just the usual cheese shots of peeps hanging out and moving ala the shaun of the peeps house party with shaun and Ed. I'll combine that with some of the things i did in Peeps Deadly Spawn and I think it will come out good.
